De Havilland Canada’s annual compensation review process is currently underway, and while we are still experiencing some turbulence as we work towards achieving profitability as an organization, we still want to recognize the hard work of our people.
You have continually demonstrated significant GRIT, resilience, and collaboration, and we want to recognize your efforts as best as we can.
Eligible non-production salary employees will receive their updated rates of pay, retroactive to January 1, 2025, and final decisions on individual salary increases will be communicated by mid January. Please note that employees hired after June 30, 2024, are not eligible for an increase.
