    I was part of Cohort 1.
  2. Describe where you were in your career when selected for the cohort?
    When I was selected for the cohort, I had just been promoted to a manager—a new and unexpected opportunity, but one I was excited to embrace. Stepping into a leadership role brought both challenges and the need for growth, and I knew I wanted to set a strong foundation early on

    Recognizing this, my VP nominated me for the PropelHer program as a way to support my development during this pivotal transition. It couldn’t have come at a better time—the program offered the structure, support, and resources I needed to step into my new role with greater confidence and clarity.
  3. How has your career changed, since joining the program?
    Before my promotion, I felt somewhat ‘stuck’ in my career. I had just wrapped up a major project, and my department was undergoing leadership changes and role realignments. It was a transitional period, and I needed to reassess where I wanted to be within the organization and what my long-term goals were. Accepting the manager role was a step in the right direction, but it was just one part of a larger career vision. Since completing the PropelHer program, my career trajectory has shifted in meaningful ways. I’ve had the opportunity to engage with colleagues at various levels of the organization, participate in events, and gain exposure to leaders and experiences that would not have been accessible to me otherwise. Most importantly, the relationships I’ve built have been transformative. The connections within and across the three cohorts have created a powerful support network—one that continues to offer encouragement, insight, and collaboration. That sense of community has been truly invaluable to my growth and confidence as a leader.

    Yes, I am in the same role and department.
