On February 13, we reached an important milestone on the DHC-515 program, successfully joining the first DHC-515 cockpit with the hull at CGY3.
With this achievement, the sections are now married together as the Forward Fuselage Assembly, marking a significant step forward as work continues along the production line. This represents the most complex move/pulse the 515 program has undertaken to date at CGY3.
What’s Next?
The next milestone will be attaching the Forward Fuselage to:
- The Mid Fuselage, manufactured in CGY2
- The Aft Fuselage, manufactured by Fleet Canada Inc.
Completing this step will finalize the first full fuselage line for the DHC-515.
