We want to say a big thank you to everyone who participated in the Total Rewards survey!
This review was launched in response to feedback from our last employee engagement survey, where many of you said that Total Rewards is an area you’d like us to take a closer look at.
A couple highlights:
- 1,098 employees completed the survey, representing about 60% of eligible participants.
- Participation mirrored our employee population, with approximately 70% of responses coming from salaried employees and 30% from hourly employees, giving us a strong representative view across the organization.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be reviewing the feedback and data collected and will share high-level insights so you can see what we heard.
As we share the survey results, we’ll use them as a starting point to inform next steps. These insights, along with external benchmarks and what makes sense for our organization, including cost and scale, will help shape how we continue to evolve our programs.
