In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, DHC was honoured to welcome Melodie Ayoungman for a special presentation on Friday, September 25.
Melodie, a Knowledge Keeper from Siksika Nation, shared her story and the work of the Lead by Example Foundation, and discussed how each of us can help advance truth and reconciliation. We were also honoured to have Melodie’s family come and perform a number of traditional dances for our team.
