Cybersecurity Awareness Month is officially underway!
Throughout October, we’ll be sharing a series of fun, interactive activities designed to help strengthen our cybersecurity knowledge and keep DHC secure. Each week will feature a new challenge, game, or learning opportunity, giving everyone a chance to participate, compete, and learn.
Participation throughout the month will earn points toward our Cybersecurity Awareness Month leaderboard, with top performers being eligible for some great prizes (including the rumoured Cybersecurity Champion Trophy)! The more you participate, the better your chances!
Week 1: Mandatory Annual Security Refresher Training
To kick off the month, all employees have been assigned the Annual Security Refresher Training, which is due November 2.

Meet the New DHC IT Sec Bot
You may have noticed a new contact in Teams: DHC IT Sec.
This bot will be used to:
• Notify you when security training is assigned
• Announce new Cybersecurity Awareness Month activities
• Nudge you when you miss a training or phishing test
Keep an eye on Teams so you don’t miss upcoming challenges and opportunities to climb the ranks.
