To actively practice and integrate the value of accountability, we’ve developed the “Accountability in Action: 7-Day Challenge.”
This week-long activity is designed to encourage us to demonstrate accountability through specific, thoughtful actions each day. It focuses on understanding roles, being transparent about work, and facing the consequences of actions.
