Announcing new leadership roles in Programs

On behalf of Sandra Howell – Vice-President, Corporate Operations and Programs

I am pleased to announce the following organizational changes in the Programs team, effective immediately.

Olena Zagoskina has taken on the role of Manager, Avionics Programs. In this role, Olena will be responsible and accountable to lead a team for the proper execution of all avionics programs ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and scope. Olena’s current programs include the De Havilland Canadair 515 Integrated Instrument Display System (IIDS), the New Integrated Avionics Upgrade for the DHC-515 and the Dash 8-100/200. Olena will report to Marc Chauvette, Director, Avionics Programs.

Joining Olena on the Avionics Programs team is Raja Sabarinath Sundaralingam. As a Project Manager Avionics, he will be responsible for coordinating multiple avionics projects, managing integrated cross-functional project teams, and ensuring that all projects meet budget, schedule, scope and quality standards. During this transition, Raja will remain the project manager for the Irish Garda. Raja will report to Olena.

Soufiane Boukhabrine has taken on the role of Program Manager, leading the Twin Otter Classic 300-G program. In this role, Soufiane will lead, oversee and provide program leadership for the delivery of the first Classic 300-G and recurring programs for the Classic 300-G sales and manufacturing pipeline. He will ensure a proactive approach to program execution, in alignment with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects meet budget, schedule, scope and quality standards. In addition to his work on the 300-G, Soufiane is also program managing the HEP Program (hybrid-electric propulsion program) which is a collaboration between Pratt & Whitney Canada and De Havilland Canada to integrate this hybrid-electric technology into a Dash 8-100 flight demonstrator.

Please join me in congratulating all the above individuals on their new roles.
