Celebrating World Engineering Day – Thank You to Our Engineers!

Today, on World Engineering Day, we take a moment to recognize and appreciate the incredible engineers at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. Our company has a long and proud history of designing and building aircraft that operate in some of the world’s toughest conditions. None of this would be possible without the dedication, skill, and problem-solving abilities of our engineers.

From the early days of designing the legendary DHC-2 Beaver to today’s advancements with the DHC-515 Firefighter, our engineers have played a key role in shaping the aviation industry. Whether working on new designs, improving existing aircraft, or solving complex challenges, their contributions make a difference every day.

The work of an engineer isn’t always easy. It requires long hours, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Yet, despite these challenges, our engineering teams consistently rise to the occasion, finding innovative solutions and ensuring our aircraft meet the highest standards of performance and safety.

Today, we want to say thank you. Thank you for your dedication, creativity, and perseverance. Thank you for upholding the legacy of De Havilland Aircraft of Canada and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in aviation. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and we are proud to have such a talented team leading the way.

Happy World Engineering Day!
