As of April 20, 2026, international travel for business will no longer be booked using Concur.
What are the new steps?

Before any booking, employees must have all travel pre-approved by their manager.

Approval for international travel must be obtained at least 20 days in advance of the proposed trip.

All international travel must be approved by Todd Mooney, Chief Financial Officer, DHC

Employees must complete the form in the link below, which will be forwarded to Todd Mooney for approval.

Please ensure that all information is correct prior to submitting and allow enough time for approvals to be completed to book international travel.

You will receive an email notification if your travel has been approved or not approved:

If approved, please contact Tailwind Travel team at dehavilland@tailwindtravel.ca to coordinate international travel.

If not approved, you will not be allowed to proceed to book international travel.

All international travel will be charged to a De Havilland Corporate Credit Card and will be processed in Concur by the Accounts Payable Team.

It is important that you ensure that your correct cost center is on the international travel form properly as that is the cost center that will be charged for that travel in Concur.
