We’re taking a fresh look at our Total Rewards programs to make sure that what we offer continues to support our people as our organization grows and evolves.
This includes looking at external benchmarking to ensure we stay competitive in the market, ensuring our programs can scale with us over time, and aligning with our business priorities.
And key part of this review is to hear from you!
Starting next week, all non-union employees will be able to participate in a short, confidential Total Rewards Survey focused on our current programs and offerings that include compensation, benefits, paid time off, recognition, and more.
Your feedback will help us better understand what’s working well right now, where your priorities are, and where there may be opportunities to improve and strengthen our overall Total Rewards approach over time.

Is it confidential? Yes, the survey is administered through a third-party survey partner, and you will not identify yourself during the process.
Your input will help shape future planning as we continue building Total Rewards programs that support our employees and our business.
Once the survey closes, results will be reviewed to help identify themes, opportunities, and next steps. We’ll share high-level findings and updates with employees in the weeks ahead.
