De Havilland Canada IFS Update

Significant work has been done to bring the Canadian DHC companies together, resulting in the legal amalgamation on August 1, forming ONE DHC. Teams have been actively working to align systems and processes, but we still have significant work to do as we continue on our journey.

A dedicated project team has been working to ensure our business processes and procedures are efficient, aligned, and designed to create a seamless customer experience. While we’ve made great progress, additional time is needed in this transition.

To ensure the smooth implementation of IFS for our employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers, we have decided to extend the go-live date to November 1, 2025. This extra time will allow us to refine data, enhance system readiness, run cross-functional test scenarios and provide comprehensive training, ensuring our teams are fully prepared for a successful launch.

The team remains committed to delivering a system that meets DHC’s high standards and supports our long-term success. Most importantly, we want to ensure a smooth, reliable, and well-supported transition to our new system, backed by confident and well-trained teams at DHC.

We’ll continue to share updates on the project’s progress in the coming months. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reach out to the IFS project team, your manager or your HR business partner.

Thank you for your continued dedication and support.
