On February 13, we had the successful first flight of the new modernized avionics system for the Dash 8-100/200 aircraft. This flight represents a significant step forward to added safety, precision and enhanced operational capabilities of the Dash 8 fleet.
The installation of a modernized, integrated avionics suite aims to replace aging flight deck systems.
The successful first flight is a result of collaboration across our DHC teams, MC2 teams, and partners at Jana Inc. and Universal Avionics. Thank you to everyone who contributed to get us to this milestone!
