Our new referral program is designed to tap into the power of our employees’ networks, making it easier than ever to recommend talented individuals who would thrive in our team. When your referral leads to a successful hire, you’ll receive a bonus as a thank you for your support!

You know our culture, values, and what it takes to succeed here – that makes you one of our best sources for finding future team members. Plus, referring someone isn’t just good for the company – it’s rewarding for you, too. Depending on the role, you could earn up to $1,500 in bonuses!
Here’s How It Works
Eligible employees: All active, full-time, permanent employees in good standing are welcome to participate – with a few exceptions: HR team members, hiring managers involved in the recruitment process, manager level and above, and external workers such as contractors and consultants are not eligible in the employee referral program.
Referral bonus structure:
- Entry-Level Roles: $500 after 90 days of employment
- Mid-Level Roles: $1,000 total
- $500 after 6 months
- $500 after 12 months
- Hard-to-Fill Roles: $1,500 total
- $500 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 12 months
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
To be eligible for a bonus:
- You must remain employed and in good standing at the time of each payout milestone.
- The referred candidate must not have applied to DHC within the last 12 months.
- The referred candidate must apply online to be considered for the position(s). Please have them visit the DHC Careers page to apply online.
- Referrals are considered on a first-come basis – so get yours in early!

- Sit tight! The Talent Acquisition team will handle the screening, interviewing, and hiring process, if your referral gets hired, we’ll take care of the bonus tracking and payout.
