If things felt a bit quieter around the offices last week, it’s because the leadership team was away in Strathmore—future home of our DHC Field site—for an offsite. The team spent valuable time connecting, discussing business strategies, and deepening relationships through an “Insights” exercise, where everyone explored their individual communication styles.
The week was filled with meaningful conversations and collaboration, capped off by a fun (and very competitive) DHC Amazing Race scavenger hunt. Teams made stops throughout Strathmore and Wheatland County, getting to know the local area while building team spirit.
DHC’s presence was felt throughout the community, with many locals extending a warm welcome—and some even joined in on the scavenger hunt!
Last week was a great success, and while there’s still plenty of work ahead, the team is reenergized and excited to dive back in!
