I’m excited to share some important news regarding a leadership transition within our Aftermarket team — one that highlights both the strength of our organization and the people who drive it forward.
Effective November 1, 2025, Ali Stanwood will step into the role of Director, Aftermarket Commercial Solutions, succeeding Mervyn (Merv) Lynn, who will be retiring at the end of this year after a remarkable career.

For more than 40 years, Merv has been a cornerstone of our operations. His deep expertise, steady leadership, and unwavering commitment to the customer experience have shaped not only our internal processes but also our reputation across the industry. Merv has played a pivotal role in developing our service models, mentoring future leaders (including myself), and guiding our teams through times of change with clarity and confidence.
We are incredibly grateful for Merv’s dedication, professionalism, and the integrity with which he’s led. While we will miss his day-to-day presence, we’re fortunate that he will remain with us through to the end of the 2025 to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition.
Welcoming Ali Stanwood
Ali brings proven experience and a strong commitment to customer excellence. In her most recent role as Manager, Product Change Management & Development, she led key initiatives to strengthen our P&O processes and internal interactions, empowering her team to deliver with agility and care.
She is known for her collaborative style, ability to inspire those around her, and a dynamic blend of strategic insight and operational excellence. These qualities will serve her well as she steps into this role and continues to elevate the customer experience.
Please join me in thanking Merv for his many years of outstanding service and in congratulating Ali on her well-earned promotion. We look forward to this next chapter in the Aftermarket organization.
