When disaster strikes, you may know who to call and what to do when you’re on your home turf. But when you’re travelling… that might be a different story.

DHC is now providing you with access to immediate health and security assistance wherever you are.

International SOS (ISOS) is a service that automatically gives you emergency information when you’re in an area that receives a special advisory alert.

What’s a Special Advisory Alert?
It could be any number of things. A natural occurring event like an earthquake or eruption would trigger a special advisory alert. It could also be something such as a bomb threat or a riot. The team at ISOS is staffed with experts watching world events, and they will let users know whenever a risky situation is developing nearby.

This subscription will also give you access to 24/7 worldwide health, security, and travel assistance for individual emergency situations. If you experience an emergency while travelling, ISOS will put you in contact with multilingual doctors and nurses or security and logistics experts.

Who is this for?
DHC Travellers: if you’re travelling internationally for DHC, ISOS is a requirement in our DHC Travel and Expense Policy. If you are in an area that suddenly receives a health or security threat, our team will be alerted right away, and they can give you real time information and assistance.

Tourists and sight-seers: maybe you don’t travel for DHC, but you can still use this service. Even when you’re not on company time, we’re still here to help. Sign up for this service, and DHC has got your back 24/7, all over the planet.
