We are pleased to share an important update regarding the structure of our Human Resources (HR) operations department. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and better support the organization’s goals, we are implementing changes designed to improve service delivery for the organization and our employees. Meagan Moore has accepted the role of Manager HR Operations – Manufacturing. Meagan will oversee HR business partner responsibilities for all manufacturing and MRO operations in Calgary and Victoria, including the newly established De Havilland Parts and Aerostructures (formerly Field West), as well as industrialization and methods. Linda Meidert, who joined the organization on October 28, 2024, will continue in her role as Manager, HR Operations – Corporate and will oversee business partner responsibilities for Engineering, Aftermarket, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, and Corporate Services. As an integral part of our organization, the HR Manager, Operations plays a crucial role in delivering operational excellence but also fosters a culture of growth, inclusivity, and innovation. Linda and Meagan’s responsibilities extend beyond traditional HR functions, making them pivotal to our success and we’re confident in their ability to execute these strategic goals.
