I am pleased to announce the following Organizational changes in the Global Distribution team effective immediately.
Abe Ghanem will take on the role of Manager, Warehouse Operations & Operational Excellence – Aftermarket. In this role, Abe will manage the Aftermarket teams of CGY6A (Dash 8) and CGY6B (Dash 1-7 / AFF). Reporting to Abe on the CGY6A side will be Inventory Control team as well as future insourced Operational staff on CGY6A side. Reporting to Abe on the CGY6B side will be Jeff Bader and Carol Denholm who have acquired the roles of Lead, Materials and Lead, Shipping respectively. Abe will report to Syed.
With this change, Jamie Broughton will move into a new role of Manager, Warehouse Optimization where he will be responsible for working on Warehouse space optimization projects to bring storage efficiencies and lean improvements across the Warehouses. Jamie will report to Syed. Brenda Krieger who continues her role as an Office Administrator will continue to report to Jamie.
Matt Brown will take on the role of Manager, Warehouse Operations & Operational Excellence – Manufacturing & MRO. In this role, Matt will manage all the Calgary and YYJ Manufacturing / MRO Stores as well as CGY6C which will be primarily used for Walkerton Exit. Matt will also manage all offsite Storage locations. With this change, Darcy Harder, who continues his role as a Materials and Logistics Manager out of Victoria, will now report to Matt. All the Calgary Manufacturing / MRO Stores Leads will continue reporting to Matt. Matt will report to Syed.
Ian Bell will take on the role of Manager, Global Materials Management where he will be responsible for Physical Inventory Accuracy, streamlining of Materials Management Processes and Inventory Digitization across Aftermarket, Manufacturing and MRO. Ian will report to Syed. With this change, Erik Neilson takes on the role of Lead Stores CGY3 now reporting to Matt
Vikas Kohli will take on the role of Manager, Global Logistics overlooking Global Logistics Control Tower Operations across Aftermarket, Manufacturing & MRO. With this change the existing Global Logistics Team will now report to Vikas. Vikas will report to Syed.
Kyle Maas will continue his role as a Project Manager for Warehousing and Logistics. Kyle will continue reporting to Syed.
