I am pleased to announce the promotion of @Alison Taylor to Director, Health and Safety, effective August 1st, reporting directly to me.
Since joining De Havilland three years ago, Alison has been a trusted leader and a strong advocate for creating a safe workplace. She has consistently demonstrated her technical expertise, thoughtful leadership, and a collaborative approach while partnering with teams across our business to strengthen our health and safety approach. Alison brings extensive experience in occupational health and safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational support, having worked in aviation/aerospace health and safety positions since 2004.
In her new position, Alison will provide company-wide leadership for our Health and Safety function. She will lead the continued development and execution of our health and safety strategy, oversee our Security program, support our operational leaders in building a strong safety culture, and help ensure we continue to meet regulatory and industry standards as our company grows.
Building and maintaining a strong safety culture will remain one of our highest priorities. Alison’s leadership will play an important role in helping us build on the excellent work already underway while continuing to evolve our programs to support our employees and our operations across Canada.
