On behalf of Gerry Kelly
I wanted to share an update about a change at our Victoria facility. Chris Ford will be leaving De Havilland Canada at the end February.
Since joining us as General Manager at our Victoria facility, Chris has been a solid leader for our manufacturing operations. He’s helped strengthen our safety culture and supported important improvements in areas like aftermarket on-time delivery and change management. I want to sincerely thank Chris for the time, energy, and commitment he’s brought to the team, and wish him all the best in what comes next.
To support the next chapter for our Victoria operations, Mark Lenci will be assuming the role of General Manager, Victoria Operations and DHPA, bringing deep experience and continuity to the team.
Mark started his career with Field Aviation in 1990, working on Buffalo and Caribou spares, and has spent more than 20 years in leadership roles across Field Aviation and DHC. His operational experience, long-standing dedication to the business, and strong relationships across the organization make him a great fit for this role. We’re excited to have Mark join the Victoria team.
Please join me in thanking Chris for his contributions and welcoming Mark into his new role.
