We are pleased to announce that Brad Simpson has joined De Havilland Canada as part of our Strategy team, in the role of Director, Strategy reporting to Pablo Herrero.
Brad brings more than two decades of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and operational leadership across logistics, transportation, and aerospace-adjacent industries. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice-President, Corporate Strategy where he led strategic growth initiatives, global expansion, and capital raising efforts totaling over $270M USD in combined investment and non-dilutive funding.
Brad’s extensive background includes private equity experience with Werklund Capital, where he led investments across multiple sectors and served on several boards, and operational leadership at Pedersen Transport, where he scaled and ultimately facilitated the sale of the company to a national transport conglomerate.
A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Professional Logistician (P.Log.), Brad is known for his ability to drive growth through thoughtful, high-impact strategies and collaborative leadership. His deep understanding of complex operating environments and track record of delivering shareholder value make him a strong addition to our team.
