We are excited to welcome Cohort 4 of PropelHER: Women in Aerospace at De Havilland Canada. The new group began their program this week with facility tours, introductions, and kickoff sessions in Calgary.
PropelHer is a Ten-month development initiative created by De Havilland Canada in partnership with Women in Aerospace Canada. The program is designed to provide women across our organization with leadership training, mentorship from senior executives, and opportunities for professional growth.
Cohort 4 participants will engage in workshops, mentorship discussions, and hands-on sessions focused on leadership, communication, and career planning. They will also have access to networking and learning opportunities with industry professionals through WIA-Canada.
This initiative reflects De Havilland Canada’s ongoing commitment to building a diverse, skilled, and inclusive workforce. Congratulations to the participants of Cohort 4, we look forward to seeing their impact over the months ahead.
