We’re excited to launch the fifth cohort of the PropelHER: Leaders in Aerospace program and welcome another group of future leaders. This 10-month program supports our commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion and aims to expand leadership opportunities for women at DHC and in the aerospace industry.

Want to be nominated? Here is what you need to know!
We invite any interested and eligible employees to reach out directly to their leader to express interest in the program.
Step 1: Confirm your eligibility by reviewing the below:
- Women with one year employed at DHC in a permanent, full-time role in good standing (satisfactory performance and attendance)
- Confirmed availability for program kick-off (Nov 1-6, 2026)
- Confirmed availability for International Women’s Day (March 8, 2027)
- Commitment to monthly time investment of 3-6 hours, aligned to graduation requirements. Please note: ALL items must be met in order to be eligible to participate.
Step 2: Talk to your leader
Reach out to your leader to express your interest and confirm your eligibility. Nominations from leaders are due July 31, 2026, so please give your leader enough lead time to submit a nomination on your behalf.
What happens next?
In early August, nominated candidates will be invited to submit a formal application, including video responses to questions. Applications will be reviewed by the PropelHER Advisory Committee, and candidates will then be notified in September of the outcome of their application.
