Risks in the workplace can come in many forms, and the new year is a great time to review the ways that we can keep ourselves and our colleagues safe.
We are encouraging employees to self-identify any high-risk allergies that may affect them in the workplace to a DHC Health & Safety team member. Sharing this information is voluntary, but important for emergency planning and making accommodations when it comes to everyday things such as safe food catering and awareness for shared kitchen spaces.
This information will be collected confidentially and stored by the Health & Safety team, so they can put preventive exposure measures in place where possible, as well as manage emergency situations.
