Over the past two months, our senior leaders from across all of our locations came together for a two-day leadership development session, launching a broader leadership journey at DHC.
Brian Chafe opened the sessions with a look at the future of DHC, followed by participation in Insights Discovery—an exercise designed to build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and enhance team dynamics. Leaders explored how individual and shared DHC values show up in leadership and drive performance and culture, along with key business imperatives such as strategic alignment, budget management, and effective team building.
As DHC continues to grow, values-driven leadership remains critical to our success. These sessions mark the first step in an ongoing investment in leadership development, with continued programming and tools to support our leaders in leading with clarity, purpose, and impact.
