Update – Organizational changes within the Programs Management Office (PMO)

On behalf of Mashal Mohammad – Sr. Director, 515 Program

We are pleased to announce key organizational changes within the Programs Management Office (PMO) to support the continued success of the DHC-515 program.

Rohit Rawat has taken on the role of Program Manager within the DHC-515 Program.
In this role, Rohit will oversee the master program schedule, cost control and budget management, risk management, process adherence, and KPI monitoring. He will also drive cross-functional governance and alignment across the program. He will be supported by Sertan Tek, who will be responsible for regularly refining and updating the master schedule.

Udit Bhagat has also taken on the role of Program Manager within the DHC-515 Program.
In this role, Udit will oversee all work-pack activities, including the Flight Test Vehicle, Avionics, developmental ModSums, and PCRS. He will be supported by Quina Sen, who will transition from the Twin Otter 300G program to the DHC-515 following the successful completion of 300G FTV testing, and by Thomas Pilgrim, who will continue as Change Management Lead for the DHC-515 program.

Both Rohit and Udit have been actively involved in the DHC-515 program since its inception in 2021. They will continue to work closely together to ensure the program’s scope, budget, schedule, and quality are rigorously managed and controlled. Both will report directly to Mashal Mohammad.

Please join me in congratulating Rohit and Udit on their new roles and wishing them continued success in delivering the DHC-515 program.
