We are pleased to announce that Heidy Espinoza will be joining us as Manager, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, effective March 10, 2025. Reporting to Rhonda Leason, Heidy will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee experience through the provision of timely and accurate payroll services and total rewards programs including annual compensation cycle, benefits, RRSP and other related programs. Heidy will also be responsible for the consolidation of payroll in alignment with the business transformation strategy and Enterprise wide HRIS implementation.
Heidy joins us with extensive experience in Canadian and International payroll regulations and tax laws. Proficient in payroll software and systems, Heidy brings strong leadership, strategic planning and decision-making abilities including HRIS system integration. Heidy’s most recent experience was as Payroll Manager Services (North America) with IA Financial Group where she led the system migration project for all mergers and acquisitions. Heidy is a Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) and has a Diploma in Accounting from EMICA. In addition, Heidy speaks three languages (English, French and Spanish).
