We are pleased to announce that Rodrigo Simoes will be joining us as Senior Director, Procurement & Logistics, effective March 3, 2025. Reporting to Janet Wardle, Rodrigo will be responsible for leading our Procurement and Logistics function, providing operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity, driving a strong safety culture, developing a high performing team, and fostering a winning culture to deliver outstanding business results while meeting customer expectations.
Rodrigo will play a critical role in scaling operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the facility meets the demands of ramping up existing and new product lines, increasing the aftermarket On-Time Delivery of parts/assemblies, and managing larger-scale change initiatives.
Rodrigo brings over 25 years of proven success governing highly skilled teams, boosting organizational and individual performance, and streamlining supply chain, logistics and distribution operations to improve customer satisfaction and improve P/L. With over 25 years of international experience in operations and supply chain management, Rodrigo led and delivered complex and high-value projects in various markets and industries, such as energy, oil and gas, mining, shipbuilding, industrial, and transportation.
Rodrigo holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a P.Eng. (Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering).
