We are pleased to announce that Sébastien Pacaud will be joining us as Director, Sourcing & Commodity Management, effective March 24, 2025. Reporting to Janet Wardle, Sébastien will be responsible for the development of an overall strategic plan for Enterprise Strategic Sourcing with optimization programs focused in key areas and specific performance measures aligned to support business improvements. The utilization of lean best practices, service optimization, and value will be a critical and measurable success factor of this role.
Sébastien will have key accountabilities for sourcing processes and compliance, contracting/procurement, commodity management, business reporting and continuous improvement.
Holding a Master of Engineering from CESI Engineering School and a Bachelor of Thermal and Energy Engineering from Nanterre University, Sébastien is an experienced sourcing specialist with a track record of over 10 years in both North American and European markets, evolving his career in both military and civilian aircraft industries.
