As summer winds down, our Summer Hours Program will officially conclude on Monday, September 1, 2025.
Over the past few months, this pilot program has given eligible employees the opportunity to start their weekends a little sooner while still supporting business performance, culture, and our Return to Office (RTO) goals. Thank you to everyone who participated and to everyone that ensured we had coverage across teams throughout the summer.
As we close out the program, we will begin evaluating its overall impact – on productivity, on cross-functional collaboration and on employee experience. We’re also reviewing feedback collected throughout the summer to determine whether the Summer Hours Program could be continued or adjusted in the future.
