We are pleased to announce that Adam Majidi will be joining us as Director, Demand Management, effective March 3, 2025. Adam will report to me and will be based in the Toronto office. In this key leadership position, Adam will initially focus on evaluating our demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory and capacity management processes. He will work closely with sales, operations, supply chain and finance teams to develop and maintain a robust demand management process that optimizes operational efficiency while ensuring we meet customer needs.
Adam brings over 18 years of experience in demand management, supply chain, materials logistics, and production control within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. He joins us from Collins Aerospace, where he most recently served as Director, Enterprise Operations, leading strategic operations initiatives. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles at Magna International and Bombardier, where he specialized in materials management, logistics, and production planning. Adam brings a wealth of experience in demand management and supply chain optimization, and will be invaluable in driving our demand management strategy forward.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
