Busy week for the Flight Ops team!

Last week was a busy one for our Flight Test and Flight Operations team. Across multiple aircraft programs, deliveries, ferry flights, and development testing, the team completed 21 flights covering nearly 17,000 nautical miles—the equivalent of flying from Calgary to the South Pole and back!

Just how busy you ask!?

  • MSN1002 reached Ethiopian Airlines in Addis Ababa after the team resolved a challenging electrical fault in Greece. Thanks to the expertise of our team, the issue was quickly overcome, allowing the delivery to move forward successfully.
  • MSN1001 was successfully delivered to Ikhana in French Valley, California, just outside Los Angeles.
  • Another successful delivery saw MSN998 arrive at Zimex in Altenrhein, Austria.
  • The Dash 8-200 AUP completed four flights, continuing to build momentum as development testing progresses.
  • The Package Freighter also flew and reached another important testing milestone, with the crew identifying a refinement to the cabin air ducting that will improve fire detection times and support continued program development.
  • The Grizzly Dash 8-400 program kept moving forward, with MSN4599 ferried from the paint shop to North Bay, and MSN4592 completing its journey from North Bay to Calgary, bringing both aircraft one step closer to their next milestones.

Thank you to everyone involved for your hard work, collaboration, and unwavering commitment to safety. Weeks like this are only possible because of the dedication of the entire team!
