Organizational Update

On behalf of Brian Chafe

Today, I’m sharing an important change to our leadership team.

After serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2023, Todd Mooney is leaving De Havilland, effective today. I want to thank Todd for his contributions during his time with the company and wish him all the best in the future.

Todd joined De Havilland Canada at an important point in our journey, bringing more than 30 years of finance experience. During his time here, he helped strengthen our finance organization and supported many important initiatives across the business. We appreciate everything he has done for the company.

I’m also pleased to announce that Brian Sluggett has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective today.

Brian knows our business well. Since joining De Havilland Canada in 2010, he has served as Controller, Director of Finance, and most recently, Vice President of Finance. Over the past 16 years, he has been involved in virtually every aspect of our finance organization, from financial reporting and business analysis to mergers and acquisitions, and supporting our production, refurbishment, and aftermarket operations.

Brian’s deep knowledge of our business, his practical approach, and the relationships he has built across the company make him well prepared to lead our Finance and Technology teams as we continue to grow.

Please join me in thanking Todd for his contributions to De Havilland Canada and wishing him every success. And please join me in congratulating Brian as he steps into his new role.
