De Havilland Canada + Cority (OH&S) System

We are pleased to announce that De Havilland Canada is officially partnering with Cority, a leading cloud-based Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) system.

This important step demonstrates our ongoing commitment to strengthening workplace safety and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Cority is a trusted HSE platform used by organizations worldwide. It will allow us to digitize and standardize our health and safety program, making it more effective, accessible, and transparent. Learn more about Cority.

Why We’re Implementing Cority

Streamlined Reporting and Consolidation: The platform will provide simple tools for reporting hazards, near misses, incidents, and action items across all levels of the organization. Over time, this will reduce our reporting systems from five down to one.

Empowering Our Teams: Mobile-friendly tools will enable real-time reporting on site or on the go, with features tailored to our current and future needs.

Data-Driven Decisions: Live dashboards and analytics, aligned with our HRIS (Dayforce), will help us track safety trends and continuously improve our programs.

What to Expect

Phase 1: We’ll begin with the Incident Management and Inspection module, including action tracking and notifications. This will simplify reporting and investigation of safety events, while streamlining inspections and compliance activities.

Phase 2: Next, we’ll introduce additional modules, including digitized safety risk assessments and observation programs – coming soon!

What We Need From You
  • Engage in Training – Short training sessions and materials will be shared in the coming days.
  • Start Using Cority – Once live, all safety-related reporting will transition to Cority with support from the H&S team.
  • Provide Feedback – Your input is critical to ensuring the rollout and future customization are successful. Please share feedback with a member of the Health and Safety team.
  • Think Outside the Box – Cority can support more than occupational safety. If your team needs tools for inspections, audits, observations, or risk assessments, let us know!
