This achievement would not have been possible without you. Your commitment to training, preparation, and flexibility during the transition has made all the difference. Change of this scale is never easy, and we are grateful for the effort you have put in to get us to this point.
Working Through the Early Days
While the system is operational, we know there will be a period of adjustment. New processes take time to become familiar, and it is natural to encounter challenges along the way. We ask for your continued patience and collaboration as we work through these things together. Please support one another, share what you learn, and don’t hesitate to reach out when you need help.

- Escalate challenges to your Superuser so we can resolve issues quickly.
- Remember our customers and suppliers also went through the transition. Stay connected with them and support them as needed.
This upgrade is a major step forward in how we operate and serve our customers and work with suppliers. With patience, teamwork, and the continued support of each other, we will quickly adapt and realize the benefits of our new system.
