De Havilland Canada celebrated the graduation of PropelHER Cohort 3 on November 4 at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre in Calgary.
Cohort 3 participants have completed a ten-month leadership and mentorship program delivered in partnership with Women in Aerospace Canada. Throughout the program, participants took part in executive-led sessions, mentorship meetings, and development workshops focused on leadership growth and career advancement in aerospace.
The graduation event included remarks from Sandra Howell, Brian Chafe, and members of the PropelHER Executive Committee, recognizing the hard work of this year’s participants.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of Cohort 3 including mentors, facilitators, and committee members who continue to help grow the PropelHer initiative.
