Keeping the fleet flying in time for wildfire season

One of our favourite phrases at DHC is “Keep the Fleet Flying” and last week was another amazing instance where we were able to do just that for one of our customers!

On April 10, we successfully delivered CL-415 MSN 2081 to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. But this wasn’t just any old delivery, after sustaining significant damage during operations, this aircraft underwent an initial temporary repair in Gander, NL before being ferried to St. John’s where we worked with PAL Aerospace to complete a full structural repair and comprehensive maintenance program!

This was a true cross company collaboration. Through the teams in aftermarket, procurement, technical support, engineering, flight operations, sales, legal, or programs, we have returned a fully restored aircraft to service, just in time for wildfire season!

Congratulations to everyone! This is exactly what DHC is about!
