Dear De Havilland Team,
We are pleased to announce the release of the De Havilland Canada Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms Templates. These new templates are now available for use and can be accessed through two locations:
- Adept: Simply search for “FORM-006.”
- Connect.dehavilland.com: For those without access to Adept.
Important Notes:
- All work instructions and forms currently part of our AS9100 certified system must be updated and converted to these new templates moving forward.
- Once revised, these updated documents should be saved in Adept as the official documents.
- Documents from Viking/Longview Aviation, etc., should be archived for reference purposes only.
- Adept will remain the official document management system until we transition to a new system, at which point more details will be provided closer to the IFS “Go Live.”

Tara Seitz, our lead for Change Management and Business Transformation, will be reaching out to various business functions to offer additional guidance for those unable to access Adept.
