Our customers do not see separate departments or functions; they see De Havilland and every customer interaction shapes their experience and their confidence in our company.
At De Havilland, more than 80% of our revenue is generated through our Aftermarket business, making it the foundation of our long-term success and a critical driver of sustainable growth. Through parts sales, maintenance services, technical support, training, and ongoing customer care, the Aftermarket team supports operators throughout the entire lifecycle of their aircraft. These relationships often span decades and are a key reason customers continue to choose De Havilland. This team’s work not only delivers significant revenue for the company but also strengthens customer relationships, drives fleet reliability, and creates opportunities for future growth.
As we continue to evolve, it is increasingly important that all customer-facing and revenue-generating functions work together as one integrated and seamless commercial organization. To support that DHC standard, we are bringing our Aftermarket and commercial teams together under one leader.
Rob Mobilio will expand his Aftermarket organization to include Sales and Brand & Marketing, bringing all commercial revenue streams together under his leadership as Chief Commercial Officer. By aligning aftermarket, sales, customer support, training, marketing, aircraft sales, and brand under one organization, we are establishing a stronger commercial organization focused on delivering value to our customers while driving growth across the business.
- We are excited to welcome Catalina Clavero to the Aftermarket team in her new role as Senior Strategic Advisor. In this position, she will oversee strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, business performance, and cost optimization, ensuring priorities are aligned, key milestones are achieved, and measurable outcomes are delivered across the Aftermarket organization. Many of you have already had the opportunity to work with Catalina through her recent support of DHC’s Supply Chain Management team. She brings a strong customer focus, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a talent for bringing people together to get things done. Her positive energy, collaborative style, and determination to deliver results make her a great addition to the team.
- We are pleased to announce Jody Moseley has been promoted to Vice President, Brand, Communications and Marketing. In addition to leading De Havilland’s brand, communications, and marketing functions, Jody will welcome the Product Marketing and Delivery Centre teams into her organization. Bringing these teams together will create closer alignment across the customer experience, from product marketing and aircraft delivery through ongoing customer engagement and support.
- Ryan DeBrusk will lead global aftermarket and aircraft sales as Vice President, Sales. Ryan will drive sales across the organization and lead our global commercial efforts to grow the aftermarket business, our largest revenue generator. Working closely with customers around the world, he will focus on expanding opportunities, strengthening relationships, and building a stronger, more sustainable revenue stream for the future. Ryan’s ability to build trusted relationships and connect with customers across the industry will be a key asset as he leads our global sales and aftermarket efforts. Ryan will also be responsible for sourcing and purchasing aircraft for our Grizzly program, supporting the continued growth and execution of this strategic initiative.
This new structure ensures our commercial teams are aligned behind a common objective: delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing growth opportunities across all revenue streams.
