We are pleased to announce that Mike Van Hee has accepted the role of Vice-President, Human Resources on a permanent basis.
Mike originally joined DHC as our interim VP, Human Resources on Wednesday, July 16. Since joining, he has been a great addition to the leadership team and a stabilizing force within the HR and HSE function. His insight and extensive experience have already made a difference in our people programs, strengthening our foundations and supporting our DHC team through some of the recent changes and leadership realignment.
With decades of multi-industry, global HR and corporate services leadership experience, Mike has consistently guided organizations through significant change and complexity. His depth of expertise, steady leadership, and calm, approachable style have already proven invaluable to DHC. We are excited to see how he continues to build the HR and HSE team and further shape the people strategies that will support DHC’s next phase of growth and transformation.
