Performance Review Cycle

 

 

DHC is in the early stages of building a strong employee performance framework. We believe it is integral to creating a high-performing organization and will support our employees’ continued development. With that in mind, we are pleased to introduce a new program that will strengthen our performance review process moving forward.

 

The new process will focus on supporting conversations between employees and leaders to reflect on the accomplishments and challenges of the previous year. We will be utilizing ‘Culture Amp’ to guide 1:1 conversations, which will include a self – reflection exercise and leader feedback. 

 

The 2025 Performance Review Cycle will reflect on performance from November 1, 2024 – October 31, 2025.

 

Here are some key details: 

 

The Review Period: 

The review process will run from October 9, 2025, through December 5, 2025. 

 

Self- Reflection: 

You will be asked to complete a self-reflection worksheet in Culture Amp. This is your opportunity to reflect on your accomplishments, challenges, and career aspirations. This worksheet will be the foundation for your discussion with your leader and is due October 17, 2025. 

 

Leader Feedback: 

Your leader will reference your self-reflection when completing their evaluation. 1:1 meetings with employees and leaders must be completed by December 5, 2025. 

 

Feedback is a Two-Way Street: 

Remember, performance reviews are not just about receiving feedback, but also about sharing your feedback. This is your opportunity for open and honest dialogue with your leader, so come prepared to ask questions and provide input.

To be ready for the conversation: 

  • Reflect on what went well, what you achieved and what challenged you over the past year.

  • Take the time to complete your self-reflection worksheet.

  • Be open to getting feedback and be ready to provide feedback.
