-
Customer and Supplier Portals will be offline during the main upgrade and intermittent outages may continue for a week. An information page will provide updates during the downtime.
-
Internal Systems, Visual 7 and Visual 9 will have restricted access and those users authorized to use the system will be contacted directly.
-
IFS Apps 10 will be read-only moving forward.
-
System Cutover will impact teams that use Visual 7, Visual 9 and IFS Apps 10, and those groups are involved in the project.
-
Technical Requests and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) parts orders will continue to be processed via a manual workaround.
What’s not impacted
There will be no changes to regular business applications (Windows, email, SharePoint, Dayforce, internet etc.)
