We are pleased to announce that Chris Ford will be joining us as General Manager, Victoria Operations, effective March 10, 2025. Reporting to Randy Poirier, Chris will be responsible for leading our Victoria manufacturing operations, driving a strong safety culture, developing a high performing team, and fostering a winning culture to deliver outstanding business results while meeting customer expectations. Chris will play a critical role in scaling operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the facility meets the demands of ramping up existing and new product lines, increasing the aftermarket On-Time Delivery of parts/assemblies, and managing larger-scale change initiatives.
Chris brings over 15 years of leadership experience in operations management, strategic planning, and business development within high-precision manufacturing and engineering sectors. As a former Managing Director of Ford Aerospace Ltd., he successfully grew revenue, improved operational efficiency, and secured significant contracts, including approvals from major aerospace clients such as Boeing. His expertise in supply chain management, process improvement, and performance management will be a valuable asset to our organization.
Chris holds an MBA from Durham University, is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA & CGMA), and is currently pursuing certification with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).
