Workplace/Workspace Guide

As we continue to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace, we would like to remind everyone of the importance of maintaining a neutral environment in our facilities, particularly when it comes to politics and religion.

While we respect everyone’s right to hold and express their own views, employees should keep these views out of the workplace. Engaging in discussions and displaying paraphernalia at work can unintentionally create divisions or discomfort among colleagues and is not permitted.

It’s important to note that we respect and encourage all team members as individuals to engage in the political process; however, please ensure those activities are kept separate from your work. Also, please ensure any personal political activities or contributions to political parties, candidates, or campaigns are done off-work hours and on your personal devices.

If you engage in political activities, it’s important to avoid any impression that you are representing De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Ltd. or acting on its behalf.

If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to your HR business partner for guidance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
